Ryan P. Odland is Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Principal Implementation Strategist at Novara Consulting Group. He is a DeafBlind executive whose expertise spans organizational leadership, legal analysis, accessibility, operations, program development, and institutional implementation.
Ryan leads the operational development and implementation of Novara’s governance frameworks, assessment methodologies, and client-facing systems. He translates conceptual models into practical workflows, tools, documentation, and implementation strategies that organizations can apply within real institutional environments.
He also serves as Editor of Auxentia, a cross-disability, lived-experience resource dedicated to accessible apps, assistive technology, independent-living strategies, and practical guidance for disabled people and those who support them. In this role, Ryan helps shape editorial direction, content standards, and the practical usefulness of resources addressing communication, navigation, employment, daily living, accessibility technology, and responsible uses of artificial intelligence.
Across both Novara and Auxentia, Ryan’s work centers on ensuring that accessibility concepts move beyond policy language and become operational, understandable, and usable in everyday practice.
