Accessibility Statement

An accessibility resource has to be flawlessly accessible itself. We lead by example.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Auxentia, a brand of Novara Consulting Group, LLC, is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Our whole purpose is to help people find, evaluate, and actually use technology that works for their lives, so being exemplary at accessibility ourselves is not optional, it is the point. We are continually improving the experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our approach: multi-sensory access

Accessibility, for us, is more than compliance, it is the purpose of our work. We build so that information can be perceived through whichever senses a person uses, connecting the auditory, visual, and tactile ways people take in the world:

  • Hearing. Every written article and guide can be heard: we pair them with a natural-voice audio readout, so text is never a barrier to those who prefer or need to listen.
  • Sight. Our videos are captioned and transcribed, images carry text alternatives, and the on-page theme controls (contrast, text size, dark mode) adapt the visual experience to the viewer.
  • Touch & motor. Content is fully keyboard-operable, structured for screen readers and refreshable Braille displays, offers a dyslexia-friendly font, and honors reduced-motion preferences.

The same modes, read, listen, watch, are offered wherever we publish, so no one is required to use a sense that does not serve them.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and to align with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. Where any content is not yet fully conformant, the exceptions are described below and are being actively remediated.

Accessibility features on this site

This site includes a built-in accessibility toolbar, available on every page, that lets you adjust the experience to your needs:

  • Dark mode and a high-contrast theme for low-vision and light-sensitivity needs;
  • Adjustable text size (up to extra-large);
  • A dyslexia-friendly font option;
  • Motion is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.

Beyond the toolbar, the site is built with semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate, supports full keyboard navigation, provides text alternatives for meaningful images, maintains visible focus indicators, and offers audio versions of many written articles and guides.

Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on the following technologies: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These are used in conjunction with the accessibility standards above.

Assessment & known limitations

We assess accessibility through a combination of internal review, automated testing, and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Despite our best efforts, some third-party content or embedded media may not yet be fully accessible. We are addressing these as we identify them and welcome reports of specific issues.
