The terms for using the Auxentia website and our apps.

Auxentia is a brand of Novara Consulting Group, LLC ("Novara," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Auxentia website (auxentia.org) and our mobile applications (the "Apps"), including Waymere, Perceptius, Aptus, Lodestar, and Amity Games. By using the website or an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our Apps are licensed, not sold, to you. Apps you obtain through the App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), together with these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA regarding your license to a licensed App on Apple platforms, the Apple EULA governs to the extent of that conflict. Apple is not responsible for the Apps or their content.
Some features are free and others require a paid plan or subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple Account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and plan details are shown in the App and on the App Store.
Use the website and Apps lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse or disrupt the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Apps except as expressly permitted by the Apple EULA or applicable law.
The Apps, the website, their content, and the Auxentia and Novara names and logos are owned by Novara Consulting Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for their intended purpose; all other rights are reserved.
Our Apps rely on third-party services (for example, mapping, transit, translation, and AI providers) to deliver features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms, and how your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are assistive aids, not a substitute for your own judgment, senses, and attention. Do not use an App while operating a moving vehicle or in any way that puts you or others at risk. Navigation, transit, place, and other information can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate; always use care and follow local signs, signals, conditions, and laws. You are responsible for your own safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novara Consulting Group, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or Apps.
We may update the website, the Apps, and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Novara Consulting Group, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
